40 ft Tiffin Phaeton Class A Diesel Pusher - Sleeps 4 - 8 people (king size master bed, convertible dinette bed, two sofa beds) with 4 slide-outs, Full Kitchen and Full Bathroom. Two A/C units, Two TVs, DVD player and satellite (non in-motion). Immaculate with tons of storage and plenty of power. Fully self contained with on-board generator.
Power requires electrical connection to a 50amp receptacle or use of the onboard generator
MILEAGE - Unlimited mileage.
GENERATOR - Unlimited generator use.

RENTAL MINIMUM - Three (3) Day minimum charge on all rentals
HANDLING FEE - $60 sanitation, prep, walkthrough, and orientation fee, mandatory.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - Payment of a $3500 security deposit and the remaining balance of your rental is due in full on pickup day. The security deposit is due at pick up and may be used by Woody RV Rentals within 30 days of the unit's return to initialize repair for damage done by renter and/or satisfy past due balances. For example, failure to empty wastewater tanks, return fuel to initial level, top off propane tanks, and/or return unit clean inside and out may result in use of security deposit.
FUEL & PROPANE - Propane tank(s) and fuel (if applicable) must be refilled before returning or you will be charged cost plus a $45 fee
HOLDING TANKS - Holding tanks for the gray and black tanks must be returned empty. Failure to empty tanks will result in a $25 fee.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE - CDL not required
INSURANCE - Either use of your own personal auto insurance coverage or purchase rental insurance. Check with your agency to see if they cover RV rentals.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING - If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be charged to your security deposit
NO AWNING USE - If the awning is used and damage is detected you will be responsible for 100% of the repair and/or replacement costs (minimum $500)
PET FEE - Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet
SUNDAY/HOLIDAY PICKUP - We are closed on Sundays, federal holidays, and as needed. Sunday pickups must be approved and are a $100 fee
SUNDAY/HOLIDAY RETURN - Returning on Sunday is a $100 fee. Price reduced to $50 if returning 4pm - 6pm (certain restrictions may apply to certain holidays)
No refunds given for any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start of your rental.
Additionally, cancellations made within seven days of the start of your rental will also require payment in full of your remaining balance.
Any funds paid will be held as credit for use within one year.
LINEN KITS - includes pillow(s), towel(s), washcloth(s), sheets, blankets for one bed
$30 per 1-person kit
$40 per 2-person kit
KITCHEN KIT - $30 - includes pots, pans, silverware, cutlery, cutting board, flatware, cups, storage containers
RENTAL INSURANCE - If you are unable to use your own auto insurance to cover the rental, you may purchase RV rental insurance. Inquire for a quote.
TIRE INSURANCE - $10/day - NOT REQUIRED - all rentals come with tire insurance that you may opt out of. Tire insurance will reimburse you the cost of replacing or repairing a tire during your rental. If you decline coverage you will be responsible for 100% of the cost to replace or repair the tire(s). Tire insurance does NOT cover any body, frame, chassis, exterior, or interior damage on any vehicle for any reason.
DELIVERY - $4/mile + rental insurance (required) as available. Delivery includes delivery to location, setup and hookup of unit, pickup of unit, exterior cleaning of unit, and final holding tank dump. Tank pumpouts or dumps during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Delivery does not include refilling of propane or refueling of fuel tank. Failure to refill or refuel will be charged at cost plus + a $45 service fee. We reserve the right to adjust the price of delivery on a case by case basis.
