Travel Trailers:

Minimum class 3 2” receiver hitch (draw bar with 2 5/16 ball will be provided)
7-way round plug for hook up
Electronic Brake Controller Box in Vehicle
V-8 or above Engine
No bumper ball applications are allowed

There is a $25 handling fee applied to all rentals

Insurance:

Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the Renter. Please provide proof of insurance upon picking up your motorhome.

Tire insurance may be purchased for $10 per day (Tire damage, repairs, blowouts, and flats are not covered by conventional insurance)

RV insurance may be purchased through Woody RV Rentals. Contact us for more details.

Key Information to get you started!

• You must be 25 or older to rent an RV
• On the day of departure all drivers and the person whose name appears on the rental agreement must be present in our office
• Make sure you have with you a valid drivers license with pictures, full payment/security deposit, and proof of insurance
• Rentals are for a minimum of 3 days
• Deposit is required: $500/trailers, and $1,000-2,000/motor homes unless otherwise noted or agreed upon in written notice
• Units are not equipped with dishes
• Linens, outdoor tables, and outdoor chair rentals may be purchased for your unit
• Every renter is given a thorough briefing on how everything works on their rental of choice
• All units are properly cleaned and disinfected after every rental

Weekend/Holiday Policy

Woody RV Rentals does not offer weekend or holiday hours but you may return or pick-up on a weekend/holiday with prior authorization and a $25 fee.
