Insurance:
A “binder” from your insurance company is required stating that you the renter are covered driving the Specific motorhome that you have rented. If your insurance company will not cover you then insurance may be bought through www.mbachoice.com. Please use policy # 301636. Contact Woody RV Rentals, LLC to find out what Series motorhome you have rented.
Key Information to get you started!
- You must be 25 or older to rent an RV.
- On the day of departure all drivers and the person whose name appears on the rental agreement must be present in our office.
- Make sure you have with you a valid drivers license with pictures, full payment/security deposit, and proof of insurance.
- Rentals are for a minimum of 3 days.
- Prices are year-round.
- We do not have seasonal pricing.
- Deposit is required: $500/trailers, and $1,000/motor homes.
- Units are not equipped with dishes or linens.
- Every renter is given a thorough briefing on how everything works on their rental of choice.
- All units are properly cleaned and disinfected after every rental
Weekend/Holiday Policy
Woody RV Rentals does not offer weekend hours. However, if you pay a gate fee of $25 you may return or pick-up on a weekend or holiday.
