Woody RV Rentals is centrally located in Texas just north of Austin in beautiful Hutto, TX. We specialize in providing a first class experience for RV rental customers. We have Class A motorhomes, Class C motorhomes, and travel trailers. Whether you choose to stay local or travel out of state, we can meet your needs. We offer a variety of services, we can even deliver and set up for you. Popular delivery destinations include events such as the Formula 1 US Grand Prix, MOTO GP, X Games, and Lonestar Le Mans at Circuit of the Americas, Cherokee Creek Music Festival, Larry Joe Taylor Music Festival, Old Settler's Music Festival, ROT Rally, Burning Flipside, Austin Celtic Fest, Utopia Fest, and many, many more. Don't let distance be a factor, call for a quote to deliver to nearby towns such as Dallas/Ft. Worth, Waco, Marble Falls and Hill Country, San Antonio, Houston, or your favorite RV park on the Gulf Coast.

KEY INFO TO GET YOU STARTED
AGE - Renter must be at least 25 years of age with a valid government issued driver's license (CDL not required)
FIRST COME FIRST SERVED - We only will hold a motorhome or trailer for you once you have submitted a reservation form and made a 1-day down payment towards your invoice. If you do not put down a payment, there will be no guarantee you will have a reservation with us. If two parties request the same motorhome or trailer for the same time period, the first party to submit a reservation form and pay a first day down payment will have their request honored.
CANCELLATIONS -
No refunds given for any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start of your rental.
Additionally, cancellations made within seven days of the start of your rental will also require payment in full of your remaining balance.
Any funds paid will be held as credit for use within one year.
RENTAL MINIMUM - Three (3) Day minimum charge on all rentals.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - Payment of a security deposit and the remaining balance of your rental is due in full on Monday of Pickup Week. The security deposit is due at pick up and may be used by Woody RV Rentals within 30 days of the unit's return to initialize repair for damage done by renter and/or satisfy past due balances. For example, failure to empty wastewater tanks, return fuel to initial level, top off propane tanks, and/or return unit clean inside and out may result in use of security deposit.
-Class A Dieselpusher $3500 security deposit
-Class A Motorhome $2000 security deposit
-Class C Motorhome $1500 security deposit
-Fifth Wheel Trailer $1000 security deposit
-Travel Trailer $500 security deposit
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING - If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be charged to your security deposit
NO AWNING USE - If the awning is used and damage is detected you will be responsible for 100% of the repair and/or replacement costs (minimum $500)
PET FEE - Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet
To pull you MUST have a vehicle with a Class III receiver and provide your own hitch with a 2 5/16" ball (unless otherwise noted), absolutely no pulling a trailer on a bumper ball
You MUST have a trailer brake controller for most of our trailers and have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle
