Jayco sleeps 9 with bunks in rear. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with sink, 3-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave and oven. TV/DVD combo. Stereo. Queen, twin bunks, fold down couch and dinette will easily sleep 9. Outdoor speakers w/ MP3 jack added to this unit.
Additional requirements for ALL rentals:
RENTAL MINIMUM - Three (3) Day minimum
HANDLING FEE - $50 travel trailer, $55 fifth wheel, $60 Class C motorhome, $60 Class A motorhome
SECURITY DEPOSIT - $500 travel trailer, $1000 fifth wheel trailer, $1500 Class C Motorhome, $2000 Class A Gas Puller, $3500 Class A Diesel Pusher
FUEL & PROPANE - Unit must return with propane refilled (all units) and fuel (as applicable) replaced to the level at which it was indicated on the walkthrough form at check out. Failure to refill propane or refuel will result in the use of your security deposit to pay for cost of propane or fuel + service fee ($55.50 fee minimum)
HOLDING TANKS - Holding tanks for the gray and black tanks must be returned empty. Failure to empty tanks will result in a $25 fee.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE - CDL not required
INSURANCE - Either use of your own personal auto insurance coverage or purchase rental insurance. Check with your agency to see if they cover RV rentals.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING - If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be charged to your security deposit

LINEN KIT - $35 - Specify if 1 or 2 person kit - includes pillow(s), towel(s), washcloth(s), sheets, blankets for one bed
KITCHEN KIT - $30 - includes pots, pans, silverware, cutlery, cutting board, flatware, cups, storage containers
PET FEE - $75 per pet
SUNDAY/HOLIDAY PICKUP - $100 additional fee (certain restrictions apply to certain holidays)
SUNDAY/HOLIDAY RETURN - $100 OR only $50 between 4pm - 6pm (certain restrictions apply to certain holidays)
RENTAL INSURANCE - If you are unable to use your own auto insurance to cover the rental, you may purchase RV rental insurance. Inquire for a quote.
TIRE INSURANCE - $10/day - NOT REQUIRED - all rentals come with tire insurance that you may opt out of. If you decline this coverage you will be responsible for any costs associated with the tires during your rental including tire blowouts/new tires and tire damage repair.
DELIVERY - $4/mile as available. Delivery includes delivery to location, setup and hookup of unit, pickup of unit, exterior cleaning of unit, and final holding tank dump. Tank pumpouts or dumps during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Delivery does not include refilling of propane or refueling of fuel tank. Failure to refill or refuel will be charged at cost plus + service fee ($55.50 minimum)
