**PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION**
RENTAL MINIMUM - Three (3) Day minimum charge on all rentals
HANDLING FEE - $150 sanitation, prep, walkthrough, and orientation fee, mandatory.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - Payment of a $1000 security deposit and the remaining balance of your rental is due in full on pickup day. The security deposit is due at pick up and may be used by Woody RV Rentals within 30 days of the unit's return to initialize repair for damage done by renter and/or satisfy past due balances. For example, failure to empty wastewater tanks, return fuel to initial level, top off propane tanks, and/or return unit clean inside and out may result in use of security deposit.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE - CDL is not required. Our insurance provider requires a clean Motor Vehicle Report on all rentals regardless if unit is being towed, driven, or delivered.
RENTAL INSURANCE - Is required with all rentals.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING - If smoke is detected, a $500 fee will be charged to your security deposit
NO AWNING USE - If the awning is used and damage is detected you will be responsible for 100% of the repair and/or replacement costs (minimum $500)
PET FEE - Pets are welcome for a $100 fee per pet
No refunds given for any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start of your rental.
Additionally, cancellations made within seven days of the start of your rental will also require payment in full of your remaining balance.
Any funds paid will be held as credit for use within one year.
EARLY RETURNS - NO REFUNDS will be given for early returns or for loss of use/time due to inclement weather during your rental period. The purchase of travel insurance for your vacation/rental period is recommended if this is anticipated.
